David Meltzer

David is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Sports 1 Marketing. Sports 1 Marketing is a global sports and marketing agency that leverages over $20 billion in relationship capital and over 38 years of business experience, bringing athletes, celebrities and businesses together. Meltzer has been an entrepreneur for over 25 years, David launched his career in sports at the world’s most notable sports agency, Leigh Steinberg Sports & Entertainment, serving as CEO, where along with Leigh and Warren Moon, negotiated over $2 billion in sports and entertainment contracts. David sits on numerous boards including JUST capital, OCTANE business incubator, Celebvidy, Rose Bowl Foundation, Transformational Leadership Council, Unstoppable Foundation, among several others.

Jeff Klinefelter

Jeff is Chairman of Brandable, a major influencer and branding company. He was the former managing director and global head of the Piper Jaffray equities businesses, including equity research, equity institutional sales and trading. Klinefelter was previously a senior research analyst where he focused on specialty retailing, youth and teens, mass merchandising and apparel and footwear brands. He was ranked the No. 1 stock picker for 2005, 2006 and 2008 in textiles apparel and luxury goods by StarMine and the No. 2 stock picker in clothing and accessories for 2005 in The Wall Street Journal.

Kim Green-Kerr

A 20-year Sprint veteran, Kimberly is the Vice President and General Manager of Small and Medium Business (SMB) responsible for creating strategy and providing solutions to clients and prospects in the growing SMB market (companies with 1-999 employees). Prior to her current position, she was Vice President of Sales, responsible for managing the western half of the U.S.  Active in various organizations during her career, Kimberly currently serves as a board member of Inforum, a women’s networking organization and is the Treasurer for the local Scouts Chapter of eastern Missouri.

Frank Klein

CEO and Founder of FK Restaurants, Klein’s most recent venture is Asian Box, which was recently named as a hot emerging brand to watch by Nation’s Restaurant News. He has represented dozens of National restaurants and hotels, and worked with Michelin-rated chefs, multi-unit operators, and diverse clients such as National Park Service operators, The District of Colombia Public Schools, and Stanford University. In addition to his client work on the development side of concepts, Frank has also created the First Crush Wine Bar in San Francisco (now going into its 14th year) and Fish & Farm restaurant- one of the most successful restaurants in the Bay Area.

Warren Moon

A Hall of Fame Quarterback and star player for teams such as the Seattle Seahawks, Minnesota Vikings, Kansas City Chiefs, Houston Oilers of National Football League (NFL) and Edmunton Eskimos of Canadian Football League (CFL), Moon is now the President and Co-Founder of Sports 1 Marketing. He is also involved with non-profits such as Rose Bowl Foundation, St. Judes Children Research Hospital and founded the Crescent Moon Foundation in 1989 that is dedicated to providing support for educational pursuits that will benefit children most in need who have displayed a commitment to their community.

Amilya Antonetti

Amilya is currently the Chief Digital Strategist Office for Stave Harvey Enterprises. She is the founder Soapworks- a company that solely focuses on human and environmentally friendly home cleaning products. Amilya helped redefine the cleaning aisle and became a pioneer of the “human and earth friendly” movement in major grocery chains across USA and Canada. She further co-founded Lucky Napkin, a launchpad for entrepreneurs, and has become a highly sought-after investor and retail consultant. Her life-changing story has been featured on “The Oprah Winfrey Show”, in Jack Canfield’s You’ve Got to Read This Book! and the Chicken Soup for the Soul​ series. Amilya has been the “Small Business Voice” on Fox News and Fox Business and hosts her own radio show on 77 WABC Radio.

Didi Wong

Didi founded ‘Chakras by Didi’ in 2008 and has sold it in 17 countries around the world. She is a certified integrated wellness life coach, a yogi, an entrepreneur and a writer. Wong co-founded Social Spotlight Events, a company that highlights the world of social media that connects vendors and influencers to create powerful partnerships. Originally from Hong Kong, she has worked for entities such as Vera Wang, The New York City Ballet and Pier 59 Studios through her way up to becoming a serial entrepreneur and wellness life coach.

Dawn Lafreeda

Dawn Lafreeda is the largest sole-ownership Denny’s franchisee in the world and the only woman in the United States to own highest number of franchises of a single chain of restaurants. Dawn owns 81 Denny’s restaurants in 7 states. She started her career as a hostess at Denny’s at the age of 16 and now does annual revenue of $100 million for the brand single handedly.

Peter Goldberg

Peter Goldberg is the founder of PLG Ventures based in Santa Monica. Since 2015, Peter has been one of the most active early stage investors in SoCal. Prior to PLG, Peter held various executive positions in the banking industry including being the president and CEO of AmTrust Bank and the CEO of AmTrust Insurance and the securities/brokerage divisions. AmTrust was at one point the largest privately held bank in the US with assets of approximately $20 billion, loan originations of over $200 billion and over 3000 employees. During that career, Peter led dynamic teams of senior level executives, held director positions at the bank, it's holding company, one of Coldwell Banker's largest real estate franchises and served on advisory committees of Fannie Mae and various mortgage insurance companies. Peter has an Economics degree from The Ohio State University, an MBA from Baldwin Wallace and is a graduate from the International Executive Leadership Programme from INSEAD in Fountainebleau, France.

Dan Caldwell

Co-founder and President of TapouT, Dan has been in the athlete clothing industry since 1997. A serial entrepreneur Dan has founded a frozen yogurt store, real estate office, Nutrishop store, a tattoo parlor Givestars.com, and MentorMojo.com. Additionally, Caldwell hosts the TapouT Radio show on SiriusXM and has spoken at business conferences including Jolt in Idaho. He has been in the TV Series MMA H.E.A.T. in 2009 and 2010 and has produced a number of TV Series and Documentaries such: World Extreme Cage fighting, The Hammer, Locked Down, The Striking Truth 3D among several others.

Eva Ho

Eva is the Managing Director at Fika Ventures, an LA-based seed fund company. She is a serial entrepreneur and founder she was a founding GP at Susa Ventures and most recently a founding executive at Factual. She has had experience as a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Google and YouTube for 5 years. She also co-founded Navigating Cancer, a health startup, in 2008. Eva is active in the non-profit sector, serving on the boards of California Community Foundation, Ocean Conservatory, First Descents and Iridescent. She is currently the Entrepreneur-in-residence for the city of Los Angeles with Mayor Eric Garcetti and his team. Eva holds an MBA from Cornell and a BA from Harvard.

Greg Dollarhyde

Greg, a multi-decade veteran of the restaurant industry, has been the been Executive Chairman of eight separate restaurant companies and Chief Financial Officer of two publicly-held restaurant companies. Currently the CEO of Veggie Grill, his portfolio includes Zoe’s Kitchen, Baja Fresh, Blaze Pizza, among others. Dollarhyde is also currently the Executive Chairman of Pacific Island Restaurants, Inc., a chain of 85 Pizza Hut and Taco Bell locations in Hawaii and Guam. He has also been an equity partner with Catterton Partners and Oak Investors, where he purchased the company accelerated growth and sold it to Wendy’s International for $275 million; more than seven times the original investment.

Jeremy Barnett

Founder and CEO of the innovative fashion subscription service Trendy Butler, Jeremy has had an extensive 14-year background in capital raising, brand building and continuity models. Prior to this, he’s been a partner at Eekoh and the CEO at Sallus- an insurance company for lower income families. In 2015, Jeremy brought the Los Angeles technology community together in a collective effort to support Orphaned Starfish Foundation (www.orphanedstarfish.org) by building computer centers and infrastructure in orphanages in 29 countries, helping 11,000+ children across to globe. Jeremy has advised/consulted a wide variety of eCommerce and/or technology companies including Speakr, Forkspot, Tesloop, Tailor Vintage, SunBox, and Yogi Surprise. Jeremy’s passions are centered around his family and giving back to the entrepreneurial community as frequently as possible.
